MOZZARELLA MEATBALL DIPPERS

1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian style dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
In large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Shape mixture into 8 meatballs; place on parchment lined jelly roll pan. Bake in a preheated 400° oven until meatballs are no longer pink in center (20-25 min.). Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce.
To Serve: Divide spaghetti sauce among 8 small bowls or custard cups; place a fork in each meatball. Dip meatball into spaghetti sauce and eat off fork.
