OVERNIGHT EGG SAUSAGE BAKE

1 cup baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
