For each nest:
2 - 3 thin slices black forest ham
1 egg
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp grated Swiss or cheddar cheese (heaping)
Sprinkle dried basil
1/2 English muffin, toasted
Preheat oven to 350. Grease large muffin pan. Line one hole with ham. Break egg onto ham. Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with cheese and basil. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes. Serve on English muffin. Tip: Place water in unused muffin holes to prevent damage.
