HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE

1 can refrigerated biscuits
2 (8 oz) pkgs diced ham
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, sharp
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
2 green onions, chopped
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt
3 handfuls crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick of butter, melted

Prepare biscuits according to pkg directions. Butter the bottom of each biscuit and layer 9x13 inch pan with the biscuits, buttered side down. Combine ham, cheese, onions and bell pepper; sprinkle over the biscuits. Beat the eggs, milk and salt; pour mixture over casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator and let stand 1 hour. Crush the corn flakes and sprinkle over the top. Melt the butter and pour over the corn flakes. Bake for 60 minutes Servings: 6
