12 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 large garlic cloves, smashed
1-2 large leeks, cleaned and thinly sliced
1-2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1-2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
Black pepper, to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg dry Cream of Cauliflower or broccoli soup
1-2 potatoes, cubed

Place everything in a stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and leave about 30-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6-8
