1 egg white
2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
In small bowl, slightly beat egg white; mix in pecan halves until coated. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, tossing to coat completely. Spread pecans in single layer over ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 until toasted (25-30 min.). Cool completely.
