ELEGANT BRUNCH

1 loaf day old French bread
6 tbsp melted butter
3/4 lb Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 lb jack cheese or pepper jack cheese
1/4 lb cheddar cheese
1 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
16 eggs
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup milk
4 large green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups sour cream

Butter 2 13x9 inch baking pan. Spread bread in pans and drizzle butter over bread. Sprinkle with cheeses. Layer pepperoni on top. Beat eggs, and next 6 ingredients until foamy. Pour over ingredients in baking dishes. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 30 minutes before cooking. Bake at 325 for 1 hour; covered. Remove from oven. Spread top with sour cream and parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
