CRAB STRATA

1/4 cup butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups unseasoned croutons
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 lb crab meat

Preheat oven to 325. Place butter in a jelly-roll pan and place in oven until melted. Tilt pan to coat. Remove from oven and spread croutons over butter; top with cheese and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour mixture over cheese. Bake about 45-50 minutes or until mixture is set. Remove from oven and let stand about 20 minutes. Cut and serve. Serves 6-8
