COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE

1 (16 oz) roll sausage or 1 lb cooked ham, diced
1 (9 inch) pie shell
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped green and red bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 cup light cream

Preheat oven to 375. Cook sausage, crumbling while it cooks and drain. Mix cheese with meat and sprinkle in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes before serving.
