BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE

4 large eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup canola oil
1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 can coconut pecan icing
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs, water and oil together in a large bowl. Add the cake mix and blend well with mixer or by hand. Add the icing to the batter and mix well. Add the coconut flakes and chopped pecans and stir well. Pour into a Bundt pan coated with non-stick spray. Bake for 25 minutes, and then lower the temperature to 250 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Check doneness with a cake tester or toothpick.
Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove from pan, allow to cool on a wire rack then cover. Slice using a bread knife when ready to serve.
