TROPICAL PARADISE

1 orange cake mix or substitute for a white cake mix and add 1-2 tsp orange flavoring
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) can peach pie filling
1 (3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Crust: Combine first 4 ingredients with a fork and pour into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Cool.

Topping: Beat pudding into cream cheese. Mix in pineapple. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
