BACON CHEESE BAKE

2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 dozen eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

Saute vegetables in butter. Beat eggs; add cheeses and sauteed vegetables and most of bake. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish and sprinkle remaining bacon over top. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and lower the temperature to 325 for 15 minutes or until done. Serves 8
