FETA CHEESE AND SPINACH DIP

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg feta cheese (I like the sun-dried tomato)
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup milk
1/2 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
4 coriander seeds
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Place the cheese into a food processor, and mash them down. You will need to add milk to get them to blend. Add just enough so that they blend well. Then, put in the spinach in small batches until completely mixed in. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Add milk to taste. Bring to a slow boil, and cook until it is a little more liquidy then you want; it will thicken as it cools. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread triangles or vegetables.
