Butter
6 tbsp. butter
3 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup coarsely chopped filberts
3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
Coffee ice cream

Butter bottom and side of 10 inch removable bottom tart pan. In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in microwave HIGH (60 sec); stir in 2 cups chocolate chips. Continue microwaving until chips have melted (60 sec.), stirring every 15 sec.; cool completely.

In large mixer bowl, beat eggs, sugar, espresso powder and vanilla on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3 min.); stir in cooled chocolate.

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir flour mixture into batter to combine. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and filberts. Pour into prepared pan; bake at 350 until top is puffed (30-40 min.). Cool in pan on wire rack until completely cool (60 min.); carefully remove side of pan.

In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave HIGH 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 3 tbsp. whipping cream until chips are melted (20-30 sec.), stirring to combine.

To Serve: When completely cool, cut tart into wedges; top with scoop of coffee ice cream and drizzle of chocolate mixture. Serve immediately.
