VALENTINE STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. light rum
1/2 oz. strawberry schnapps
1 Oz. lime juice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
5 strawberries, stems removed and halved

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup ice in blender and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime slice. Serves 1

NOTE: Recipe may be increased to desired number of daiquiris. I like to make gallon batches!
