LEMONY TARTAR SAUCE

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp pickle relish, drained
1 tbsp chopped scallions
4 tsp fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/4 cups

NOTE: This should last for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator if covered tightly.
