CHOCOLATE PEANUT SQUARES

1/4 cup butter
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

In a saucepan, melt butter and 1/4 cup chocolate chips over a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in oat until coated. Press into the bottom of a 8 or 9 inch square pan and chill.

In a small saucepan, heat and stir peanut butter and remaining chocolate together over low heat until melted. Cool slightly.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in peanut butter mixture (this will be very stiff). Blend in milk.

Whip cream just to soft peaks and fold into peanut butter mixture. Spread over crust and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover and chill before cutting into squares.
