JACK DANIELS SPECTACULAR SAUCE

1/2 clove garlic
2 tbsp butter and flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups green onions, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey

Rub saucepan with garlic and discard. Melt butter, stir in flour. Slowly add broth and stir constantly. Add parsley, cook until thickened; set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Add whiskey and thicken broth. Simmer several minutes over low heat.

NOTE: Wonder over grilled chicken.
