No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup water

Heat oven to 425F. Generously spray large cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Combine flour and cheese in large bowl; mix well. Add salsa, butter and water; stir just until blended.

Knead dough gently on lightly floured surface just until smooth. Press or roll out dough to 12 x 6-inch rectangle. Cut into 2 x 1-inch strips with sharp knife or pizza cutter. With thin spatula, place strips about 1/2 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
