No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 1/2 cups Martha White® All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup chopped cashews

Frosting
2/3 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 to 6 tablespoons milk

Heat oven to 350F. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Combine melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stir in flour mixture until evenly moistened. Spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle cashews over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bars begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool 2 hours or until completely cooled.

Melt 2/3 cup butter in medium saucepan over medium heat until light golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread immediately over cooled bars.
