Shelly's Recipe

FINGER LICKIN GOOD SAUCE

2 cups ketchup
2 tsp A-1 steak sauce
1 tsp salt, whole celery seed and hot sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp garlic powder and sage
1 cup beer
2 small onions, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Good on chicken, pork and beef.
