DILL CREAM SAUCE

1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp garlic minced
1/2 cup butter and olive oil
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb lump crabmeat, optional

Saute first 3 ingredients in butter and olive oil for 10 minutes. Add half-and-half slowly. Add spices and cook over low heat until thick. Add crabmeat. When sauce reaches desired thickness, serve over fish. This is also good over pasta.
