ZUCCHINI SOUP - Crockpot

1 pound hot or sweet bulk sausage, browned and drained
2 cups celery, chopped
2 pounds zucchini and or yellow squash, cubed
1 cup onion, chopped
2 peppers, chopped, any variety
1 quart fresh or canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar

Place all ingredients in a large pot. Cook slowly for at least 1 hour.

Serves about 10.
