BAKED SEACOAST CRAB DIP

2 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared creamy horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced scallions (white & light green parts only)
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. minced fresh or 2 tsp. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lb. can or container of fresh refrigerated lump crab meat, broken up

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat an 8-inch square r 9-inch pie dish with butter. You may use individual ramekins or other small baking dishes instead.

In a mixing bowl, beat items 1-5 together until well blended and smooth. By hand, stir in items 6-10 until ingredients are evenly distributed. Fold in the crab meat. Spoon mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish or dishes of choice. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until dip is bubbling hot and lightly golden on top. Remove from oven. If desired, sprinkle top with a little additional red pepper flakes and parsley. Serve hot with toasted French bread slices, crackers, tortilla chips and/or vegetable Serves 10-12
