DILLY CHEESE SAUCE

1/2 lb Velvetta, cubed
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp dill weed
2 tsp pepper
Juice of 1 lemon or lime, optional
1 tsp Dijon mustard, minced, optional
1/4 cup finely minced onion, optional

Heat first 3 ingredients over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add dill. Good on vegetables and fish.
