3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup flaked coconut
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs; gradually beating in sugar and mixing well. Mix in next 4 ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 for 40-45 minutes.
While pie is hop, place a circle of chocolate chips in center of pie; sprinkle remaining chips around outside edge. Fill in remainder of top of pie with coconut. Cool before serving.
