CHEESE SAUCE FOR FISH

1 tbsp butter and flour
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
3/4 cup milk
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

In a saucepan, melt and saute mushrooms. Add flour and dill weed. Add milk and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
