* MARINATED BEEF TENDERLOIN* - Easy

1 cup ketchup
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp worstershire sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 envelopes Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
4-6 lbs beef tenderloin
Combine first 5 ingredients. Spear meat in several places and place in a resealable bag. Pour 2 cups of marinade in bag and seal tightly. Place bag in a shallow pan and chill for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Place meat on rack in pan; insert meat thermometer, making sure is does not touch fat. Bake at 425 until temperature reaches 150 to 155 degrees, basting occasionally with remaining marinade. Remove and allow to rest before slicing.
