SKILLET GREEN BEANS

1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/4 tsp salt
In a large skillet, bring beans and broth to a boil over high heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender and no liquid remains. Remove from skillet and set aside. Melt butter in skillet over high and add garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Return beans, stir in pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately. Serves 3-4
