BRANDY PECAN PIE

Category: Pie - Nut

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 cups sugar
2/3 cup dark corn syrup
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp brandy
1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 400. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, blending in the remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes our clean. Cool on a wire rack.
