Juice from 1 lime
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp each dried dill, salt and dried tarragon

In a small bowl, conbine ingredients. Cover and stor in refrigerators until ready to use.

Makes enough for 4 servings
