SWEET AND TANGY ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN

1/4 cup packed brown sugar 
2 tablespoons cider vinegar 
1 tablespoon tomato paste 
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder 
1 teaspoon ground cumin 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed 
Cooking spray 
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish; add pork, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 450.
Remove pork from dish, reserving marinade.
Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with reserved marinade. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of pork. Bake for 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 155 degrees (slightly pink). Remove from oven; cover and let stand 5 minutes.  Serves 4
