STEAK MARINADE

Category: Marinades

4 clove garlic, smashed and chopped
3 tbsp each olive oil and teriyaki sauce
Few drops sesame oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper
1/2 tsp each rosemary and basil

Mix ingredients together. Spread mixture over both sides of steaks and arrange side by side in a glass dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Grill or pan fry steaks as desired.

Makes enough for 4 steaks.
