2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Salt and pepper
Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients; stir well and serve. Serves 4
