Shelly's Recipe

OLD SETTLER BAKED BEANS

1/2 lb bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup and barbecue sauce
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp chili powder and pepper
1 tsp salt
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans and butter beans, drained and rinsed
2 (16 oz) cans pork and beans

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a large, lightly greased casserole dish. Bake 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
