2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
6 (3 inch) individual graham cracker tart shells
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and almond extract. Fold in whipped cream; fold in strawberries. Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate until serving.
