FRIED CHICKEN RUB

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Rub favorite chicken with spice mixture; let stand 5 minutes.
