PECAN-GARLIC CHEESE BALL

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, zested (or crushed)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or other hot sauce
3 cups Mexican-style shredded cheese
1 cup Amelia's Spicing Pecans, herb flavor
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic, dry mustard, salt and hot sauce until creamy. Add the cheese and blend until well incorporated.
Shape the cheese into one or two balls. Pour the Amelia's Spicing Pecans into a shallow dish and roll the cheese balls in the pecans until well coated.
Wrap the cheese ball(s) in plastic wrap and refrigerate at lest an hour, or until firm. Serve with crackers.
