Approximately 28 oz. package light cream cheese, softened
7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
1 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice
1 tsp freshly grated orange peel
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Combine all ingredients, mixing with an electric mixer until well blended. Dip is best if chilled and made ahead so that flavors can mingle.
