1 pound whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup miniature chocolate morsels
6 sugar ice cream cones
Confectioners sugar, for garnish

Combine ricotta, sugar and morsels in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Scoop ricotta mixture into the ice cream cones and dust with confectioners sugar. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
