CARAMEL DIP FOR SLICED APPLES

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium to dissolve sugar, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Cool slightly. Serve with sliced apples.

NOTE: This freezes well and can be used in other uses such as drizzled over ice cream.
