BAKED CHICKEN NUGGETS

6-8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp +1 tsp each thyme and basil
1 cup melted butter or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400. Combine bread crumbs with cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken pieces into the butter and then into the crumbs. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, turning occasionally until done and golden to your liking.
