ORANGE DRESSING

1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium orange, unpeeled, cut in paper-thin slices and quartered

Combine all ingredients except orange in a quart jar. Cover and
shake well.

Add orange slices; cover and chill overnight.

Serve with green salad.

Makes about 2 cups
