GREEK CHICKEN PIZZA

1 package (10 ounce size) Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust
1/3 cup refrigerated reduced-fat Alfredo sauce
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp dried chili peppers
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cup shredded roasted chicken breast
1/2 package (4 ounce size) crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup shredded provolone cheese


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place pizza crust on an ungreased, baking sheet or pizza pan.

Saute the mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and garlic in a skillet until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the dried peppers a few minutes and allow to cool. Combine Alfredo sauce and spinach; spoon over pizza crust.

Sprinkle chicken, and feta cheese over spinach. Sprinkle with sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Cut into slices.
