TURKEY TART

1 cup diced cooked turkey
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust
3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 cups half-and-half 1 cup grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp parsley

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle turkey and broccoli on crust.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir in half-and-half, Parmesan, and parsley. Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until filling is set and tart is golden brown.
