GARLIC LEMON HERB RUB for Chicken or Game Hens

Category: Rubs

1/4 cup each minced garlic and lemon zest, about 2 lemons
1/2 cup each parsley, chopped fine and olive oil
2 tbsp each fresh chopped thyme, rosemary and sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. Use the day it is mixed.
