SPICED-UP ROASTED POTATOES

4-6 medium potatoes
1 tsp basil
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp EACH oregano, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary and onion powder
Salt and Pepper

Slice potatoes into small wedges and place into a storage bag. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Spread the potatoes on the baking pan. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are golden. Serves 6
