TANGY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

1 egg, beaten
1 can condensed French onion soup
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 tsp salt
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup each worcestershire sauce and white vinegar

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place on a baking pan and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until done. Drain and transfer to a crockpot.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs, stir gently to coat. Cover; and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Serve immediately or keep warm on LOW setting for up to 2 hours. Serve with toothpicks.
