SAVORY GRILLED STEAK WITH SWEET ONIONS

1/4 cup each worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp each olive or vegetable oil, freshly chopped oregano, basil, parsley and sage
2 medium red or sweet onions, quarted or cut into rings
1 1/2 lb boneless top loin steak

In a resealable bage, combine all ingredients. Turn to coat steak evenly. Marinade in refrigerator, turning occasionally, for 3 to 24 hours. Remove onion and steak and reserve marinade.

Grill steak and onions to desired doneness, turning once and frequently basting with marinade.
