GARLIC HERB SHRIMP

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails left on
3 cloves minced garlic
1 medium yellow own, small dice
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley and minced fresh basil
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp each Dijon mustard and kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, quartered

In a resealable bag, combine ingredients and allow them to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Prepare grill for medium heat and brush grid with olive oil. Skewer the shrimp and cook on a grill about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
